Join is seeking 4 dedicated ASO Specialists to drive organic growth across its diverse portfolio of apps. You will own app store visibility, combining keyword strategy with conversion rate optimization and deep persona research. You will run sophisticated A/B tests to ensure assets resonate with users globally.

You will collaborate with design teams to produce high-performing visuals and localize content across regions while prioritizing high-impact assets based on data insights.

Formación

• Proven experience in ASO for mobile apps.
• Proficiency with ASO tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or MobileAction.
• Strong understanding of Apple App Store and Google Play Store algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and data analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail and asset management.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct keyword research to identify high-growth opportunities.
• Draft and localize optimized titles, subtitles, and descriptions across regions.
• Execute Store Listing A/B tests using Google Play Experiments and PPO.
• Coordinate with design teams for high-performing screenshots and previews.
• Perform persona research and competitor benchmarking to refine messaging.
• Analyze portfolio-wide performance data to prioritize optimization efforts.
