Zusammenfassung

Phiture, the mobile growth consultancy, is seeking a Senior Growth Consultant to own day-to-day client relationships and delivery for a major account. You will manage paid UA campaigns across Google App Campaigns, Apple Ads, and Meta Ads, and collaborate with PM, ASO, and Creative teams.

You will guide client conversations, deliver strategic recommendations, analyze performance dashboards (Looker Studio), and mentor junior team members.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid user acquisition / performance marketing for mobile apps.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken client communication.
• Independent data interpretation with clear recommendations.
• Hands-on attribution/MMP experience.
• Proven ability to lead client meetings and push back when needed.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end paid UA campaign strategy and optimization.
• Manage client relationships, deliverables, and communications.
• Lead client meetings and present strategic recommendations.
• Bridge PM to ASO and Creative across channels.
• Provide app-specific paid media expertise and testing strategies.
• Analyze performance and drive data-backed recommendations.
• Mentor POCs and junior team members.
