Phiture, the mobile growth consultancy, is hiring a Senior Growth Consultant to own day-to-day client relationships and deliverables for a major account. You will lead paid UA campaigns across Google, Apple, Meta, and other channels, coordinating with PM, ASO, and Creative teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid user acquisition for mobile apps.
• Fluent in English with strong client communication skills.
• Solid app-specific paid UA fluency: GAC, Apple Ads, Meta Ads, SDKs, SKAN, MMP concepts.
• Independent data interpretation with actionable recommendations.
• Proactive ownership and ability to lead client conversations.
• Experience guiding cross-functional discussions across PM, ASO, and Creative.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Paid UA strategy, setup, and optimization across Google App Campaigns, Apple Ads, Meta Ads and other UA channels.
• Own the client relationship with day-to-day communication, deliverables, and hands-on execution of the strategy.
• Lead client meetings, provide recommendations, and drive strategic direction with senior stakeholders.
• Connect PM, ASO and Creative to align paid and organic efforts and flag cross-functional implications.
• Analyze monthly metrics, set targets, and propose data-driven actions grounded in business impact.
