Job summary

Phiture GmbH is seeking an ASO-focused Growth Manager to join our multidisciplinary marketing team. You will oversee App & Play Store presence for apps with millions of users, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate results to clients.

You will drive ASO client projects, devise strategies, and work with designers for localization. Strong English and data skills are essential in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mobile marketing experience with an app publisher, agency, or similar.
• At least 1 year of ASO experience.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze data in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead ASO projects for diverse apps and manage client accounts.
• Support ASO clients globally across markets and languages in meetings.
• Develop ASO strategies with Senior Consultants and Growth Leads.
• Brief designers and translators on assets and localization.
• Run experiments and A/B tests for client results.
• Report keyword rankings, conversion rates, and experiment results.
• Develop ASO methods to ensure client success.
• Stay updated on ASO tools and best practices.
• Create content for ASO knowledge base.
