Qualifications

• Sole admin of a mid-size Salesforce org.
• Ability to explain a production Flow from start to finish.
• Experience linking leads, opportunities, renewals and revenue.
• Willingness to push back on requests and fix root causes.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce administration for the go-to-market team.
• Manage support queue, data hygiene, and user access.
• Design and maintain Flows and validation/rules.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to meet needs.
• Identify root causes and implement preventive fixes.
