YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce and HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems in a remote, contractor-based project. The role focuses on evaluating real-world SaaS operations, resolving data and process inconsistencies, and improving how AI systems understand complex business workflows.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years in Salesforce/HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, with experience leading CRM implementations, migrations or rollouts, and strong SQL, API, and data

Formación

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
