Job summary

Abacum, a leading FP&A platform, seeks a Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize the GTM tech stack. You will report to Revenue Operations and turn incoming requests into scalable, in-house solutions that keep data clean and processes efficient across Sales, Marketing and CS.

You will drive user management, data governance, and automation while expanding through AI tools and integrations with HubSpot, Gong, Apollo and more. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of Salesforce administration in a B2B SaaS or high-volume sales environment.
• Sole or primary admin of an org (50–300 users).
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or willingness to certify within 6 months.
• Experience building and maintaining Flow Builder flows (record-triggered & screen flows).
• Strong skills in managing profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
• Able to build reports and dashboards independently.
• Understanding of B2B SaaS funnel: leads, opportunities, ARR, renewals.
• AI literacy: using AI tools to automate repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Master Salesforce and become the go-to owner of the platform.
• Triage, resolve and close requests from Sales, Marketing, Partners and CS.
• Maintain data hygiene and governance across GTM systems with regular audits.
• Manage users, profiles, permission sets, licenses and access across Salesforce and GTM tools.
• Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, and approval logic.
• Monitor API usage and integration health; fix or escalate as needed.
• Document every flow and integration for self-service and knowledge sharing.
• Scope larger projects and coordinate external Salesforce developers when needed.
