Improvado is seeking a Senior RevOps professional to own Salesforce configuration, ARR/booking logic, and the revenue data model. You’ll collaborate with Analytics to read data models, validate results, and guide improvements using AI agents daily.

You will manage end‑to‑end revenue operations across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance, delivering clear metrics and owner accountability. The role is remote‑first with global reach.

Formación

• 4–6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM systems in B2B SaaS with hands‑on admin of a live Salesforce org.
• Strong SQL and comfort with a modeled data warehouse (layers, lineage, one definition per metric). dbt is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle: funnel, pipeline, forecast, ARR, churn, renewals.
• Experience running the money side: contracts, invoicing, collections, synced with CRM.
• Proven ability to build with AI agents and ship usable tooling.
• Fluent English with clear written updates.

Responsabilidades

• Own Salesforce configuration, release process, user access and integrations (Gong, Clay, Lemlist).
• Keep CRM data clean with guardrails; manage licences and renewals.
• Maintain Salesforce manuals and RevOps SOPs; train new hires.
• Own ARR and bookings logic, ensure alignment across agreements, opportunities and invoices.
• Audit invoices, chase unpaid ones, prepare quarterly commission and quota reports.
• Own quarterly sales analytics pack, CRO report, forecast and pipeline coverage; track funnel and attribution.
