Webfleet is seeking an AI Process & Delivery Architect to lead AI adoption, delivery, and embedding across the organization. You will own operational AI redesign, agent-based delivery, and customer/employee journeys within Salesforce and related platforms.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce delivery, strong process mapping, and experience delivering AI solutions. Expect hybrid work with global collaboration and measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years in business/solution architecture, process design, or CRM delivery.
• Hands-on Salesforce delivery experience - Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Flows.
• Practical experience delivering AI, automation, or conversational AI solutions.
• Strong process mapping skills (BPMN, value stream mapping, Lucidchart or equivalent).
• Ability to engage and manage complex stakeholder environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI and CRM delivery across Salesforce platforms.
• Design AI-enabled customer journeys and service experiences.
• Configure Agentforce agents and AI prompts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement, IT and Engineering.
• Translate requirements into scalable deployments.
