bsport is expanding its Wellness platform to empower studios across Europe. You will own a high-volume portfolio of SMB studios, prioritizing accounts, driving retention and identifying upsell opportunities through usage signals and AI-enabled tools.

Formación

• Strong prioritization and autonomy to manage a large book.
• Data-driven instincts to act on signals rather than guesses.
• Solid CRM discipline and a drive to automate repetitive tasks.
• Ability to manage accounts at scale while keeping a personal touch.
• Experience handling SMB studios or similar client portfolios is a plus.

• Uncover upsell opportunities through usage and intent signals.
