bsport is an all-in-one platform combining boutique fitness and advanced technology. Our platform helps partners manage bookings, payroll, marketing and more, to streamline operations and boost their commercial success.

Drive bsport's growth in the DACH market by engaging directly with owners and decision-makers of boutique fitness and wellness studios—think reformer Pilates studios, yoga spaces, barre studios, and CrossFit boxes.

Formación

• You have experience in a similar position within a high-growth startup.
• You are native in German with strong English communication.
• You know the DACH market and buyer dynamics from professional work.
• You use a consultative, customer-focused approach to solve client needs.
• You are goal-driven with a proactive attitude toward challenges.
• You collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the sales process from qualified opportunity to close.
• Deliver engaging demos highlighting bsport’s value for client pain points.
• Collaborate with SDRs and Account Managers for smooth handovers.
• Provide actionable insights to product and marketing to meet client needs.
• Develop proactive strategies to drive client acquisition in the DACH market.
