PayPal, Inc. is seeking an SMB Account Manager 2 to own the end-to-end commercial relationship for around 200 SMB merchants. You’ll protect margin and drive growth through strategic servicing, retention, and selling in a high-volume book.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, use AI-powered tools to spot growth and risk opportunities, and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts to inform business decisions. This role accepts a balanced hybrid work model.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.

Aufgaben

• Drive demand generation and qualification through cold calls, email outreach, and inbound responses.
• Negotiate and close contracts, addressing legal, financial, and technical concerns.
• Conduct discovery to analyze customer needs and present pre-packaged solutions.
• Maintain a rigorous pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting on pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and leverage customer insights to optimize offerings.
• Be the single point of contact for your merchants, owning commercial outcomes end to end.
