Job summary

AI Acquisition is a remote-first, founder-led business helping founders and operators scale with AI. You will own a portfolio of clients building real businesses with our support, diagnosing blockers and driving commercial results.

You’ll discuss marketing, sales, offers, and fulfillment with clients on Zoom, Slack, and via our systems. You will manage escalations calmly, collaborate with delivery and onboarding teams, and position opportunities for growth while maintaining client trust and

Qualifications

4+ years in a client-facing account management or related role.
Experience advising business owners on starting/growing/scaling a business.
Understanding B2B lead generation mechanics and how they connect to revenue.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of active clients across onboarding, growth, scale, and at-risk stages.
Lead growth workshops, intro calls, and regular check-ins; set the rhythm for the client.
Manage client expectations, reset when needed, and avoid overpromising.
Diagnose why a client isn’t getting results and provide concrete next steps.
Ensure alignment between offers, funnels, and client contracts; flag mismatches early.
Record client interactions and decisions in Athena and Slack.
Collaborate with CS, delivery, and onboarding teams to prevent slips.
