Job summary

Simon-Kucher seeks an AI Enablement Specialist to drive internal adoption of AI initiatives, support change and training programs, and coordinate the AI champions network across global functions. You will develop practical communications, pilot coordination, and enablement materials in a fast-paced, multinational setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR, IT, Marketing and Legal, and offers flexible work arrangements while contributing to measurable adoption and business impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in internal communications, change, training coordination, project coordination, PMO, or programme support.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in communications, business, psychology, HR or related field.
• Experience in consulting or fast-paced multi-cultural environments is a plus.
• Fluent English, additional European languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, execution focus, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Communications: translate AI initiatives into practical messaging for internal adoption campaigns and create announcements, FAQs, and promotional materials.
• AI feature testing: coordinate pilots, collect feedback, ensure usability and prepare user-facing materials.
• AI training support: maintain enablement materials, demos, sessions, and update content based on user needs.
• Monitoring metrics: track adoption and engagement data, surveys, and training participation to identify trends.
• Reporting: prepare structured reports and visuals for stakeholders.
• Champions network: coordinate materials and support engagement across the AI champions network.
