Job summary

Simon-Kucher is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to support global adoption of AI solutions across consulting and central functions in Madrid and Barcelona. You will drive communications, training, and change activities, coordinate pilots, and help measure adoption and business impact.

You will work with a diverse, fast-paced team and have the opportunity to influence how AI tools are integrated company-wide, with flexibility for remote or office work as part of a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in internal communications, change, training coordination, PMO, or programme support.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, psychology, HR, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in consulting, corporate functions or another fast-paced multi-cultural business environment; AI/digital change a plus.
• Outstanding English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus.
• Highly organized, pragmatic, and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong numeric thinking with adoption data, survey results, and usage metrics.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with intranet platforms, MS Teams and SharePoint.
• Fluency using ChatGPT or other AI-supported writing/analysis tools.
• History of being the go-to person for prompts, AI assistants, or similar features would be a strong advantage.
• Experience with a variety of AI tools (Claude, Synthesia, Copilot, Hubspot, Whispr) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communications: translate AI initiatives into practical messaging for diverse audiences and support adoption campaigns with clear materials.
• AI feature testing: coordinate pilots, collect feedback, identify usability issues and adoption barriers.
• AI training support: maintain enablement materials, coordinate demos and training sessions, gather user needs.
• Monitoring metrics: track adoption and engagement metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Reporting: prepare structured reports and materials for stakeholders with clear insights.
• Champions network: coordinate and communicate within the AI champions network.
