Santander invites an AI Adoption & Transformation Lead to drive a customer-centric AI adoption strategy within the Savings & Investments Domain. Based in Madrid with hybrid work options, you will coordinate global AI initiatives across multiple countries and align with business, IT and operations teams to maximize value.

You will shape adoption roadmaps, monitor governance forums, and lead transformation programs that improve processes and productivity using AI-enabled solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years leading large-scale transformation or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-country transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and enterprise AI adoption.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI productivity and automation tools.
• Experience designing executive dashboards with Power BI.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the AI Adoption Roadmap for the Savings & Investment Domain.
• Engage with local Business, IT and Operations teams to agree execution plans.
• Lead governance forums and executive steering committees to monitor progress.
• Identify opportunities for simplification and end-to-end automation with AI.
• Coordinate deployment and value realization of Global AI products.
