Sanoma Learning seeks an AI Project Manager to lead the AI Enablement team’s internal and external communications, events, and content strategy. You will curate AI Hub content, coordinate with Communications and Strategy, and drive external speaking engagements and publications.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in project/initiative management in digital/AI spaces, strong English writing, and experience with Jira/Confluence/SharePoint. Join us to shape AI storytelling across Europe in education.

Formación

• Formal education in business/communication/engineering/computer science/data science or related field.
• PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile-Scrum) are a strong advantage.
• Additional coursework in AI/ML, communications or digital transformation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own AI communication channels—internal newsletters, calendar, and publication loop.
• Organize AI webinars and events, coordinating speakers and logistics.
• Maintain AI Hub content structure and ensure contributions are actionable.
• Coordinate AI content for external sites and corporate channels with Communications.
• Synchronize AI communications calendar across functions to avoid clashes.
• Build and manage external speaking opportunities and prepare speakers.
