Claire Joster is seeking an AI Enablement Manager to lead its global AI adoption program. You will empower employees to leverage tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, and AI-powered business apps to deliver tangible outcomes.

You will enable users, drive adoption, establish governance, and partner with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams to ensure responsible AI usage across the organization. This is a high‑impact, global transformation role.

• Experience in digital adoption, change management, or IT enablement.
• Proven track record driving adoption of AI tools and digital workplace tech.
• Experience in international, cross‑functional environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global AI adoption strategy and roadmap, driving rollout and uptake.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, AI literacy initiatives, and communications.
• Build and grow a network of AI Champions across functions and locations.
• Develop role-based use cases, prompt libraries, and best practice frameworks.
• Establish and maintain AI governance, usage guidelines, and approval processes.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and Data Privacy teams on responsible AI usage.
• Drive identification, evaluation, and scaling of high-value AI use cases.
• Monitor adoption metrics, usage analytics, and business impact KPIs.
• Support business teams in piloting and implementing AI solutions.
• Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and responsible AI adoption.

A unique opportunity to join a leading international company that has recently established its presence in Málaga and is building its technology team in the region. We are looking for an AI Enablement Manager to lead and accelerate the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across our global organization.

Your Mission

As our AI Enablement Manager, you will own and drive our global AI adoption program, helping employees leverage tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, and AI-powered business applications.

You will be responsible for enabling users, fostering adoption, establishing governance frameworks, and ensuring that AI delivers tangible outcomes across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead the global AI adoption strategy and roadmap
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, AI literacy initiatives, and communication campaigns
• Build and grow a network of AI Champions across functions and locations

What We're Looking For Experience

• Several years of experience in digital adoption, change management, IT enablement, learning programs, or Microsoft 365-related environments
• Proven track record driving adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI solutions, or digital workplace technologies
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environment

Technical Knowledge

• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot and the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Viva, Copilot Agents)
• Solid understanding of Generative AI technologies, including ChatGPT and other AI-powered tools
• Knowledge of AI governance, data protection, responsible AI practices, and regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act
• Ability to analyze adoption data and translate insights into actions
