Job summary

Simon-Kucher is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to support global adoption of AI solutions across consulting and central functions in Madrid and Barcelona. You will drive communications, training, and change activities, coordinate pilots, and help measure adoption and business impact.

You will work with a diverse, fast-paced team and have the opportunity to influence how AI tools are integrated company-wide, with flexibility for remote or office work as part of a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in internal communications, change, training coordination, PMO, or programme support.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, psychology, HR, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in consulting, corporate functions or another fast-paced multi-cultural business environment; AI/digital change a plus.
• Outstanding English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus.
• Highly organized, pragmatic, and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong numeric thinking with adoption data, survey results, and usage metrics.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with intranet platforms, MS Teams and SharePoint.
• Fluency using ChatGPT or other AI-supported writing/analysis tools.
• History of being the go-to person for prompts, AI assistants, or similar features would be a strong advantage.
• Experience with a variety of AI tools (Claude, Synthesia, Copilot, Hubspot, Whispr) is a plus.

AI Enablement Specialist

We are looking for two AI team members to support the global adoption of new AI solutions, tools, and technology-enabled processes across consulting business and central functions at Simon-Kucher. Central functions consist of business teams that support the running of the consulting business, such as HR, Marketing, Legal, and IT. This role will support firm-wide change and communications activities, help drive AI skill building, operationally assist the global network of change champions, help measure adoption, impact, and value creation, and prepare reporting materials.

How you will create an impact:

• Communications: Translate AI initiatives into practical, relevant messaging tailored to different audiences by supporting internal adoption campaigns for AI tools and technology-enabled processes, creation and coordination of clear, audience-appropriate communication materials such as announcements, updates, FAQs, presentation materials, infographics and promotional videos.


• AI feature testing: Support testing and pilot coordination of new AI tools and features, capturing user feedback and identifying usability issues, adoption barriers, improvement opportunities and preparing user-facing materials reflecting real day-to-day needs.


• AI training support: Maintain and develop practical enablement materials (e.g., prompt libraries) and support coordination of demos and training sessions, including content preparation and follow-ups. Collect user needs, use cases, and feedback to continuously improve training content in collaboration with Learning & Skills Development.


• Monitoring metrics: Support tracking and analysis of adoption and engagement metrics (e.g., usage data, surveys, training participation, business impact indicators) to identify trends and improvement areas.


• Reporting: Support preparation of structured reports and materials (e.g., presentations, infographics) for stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.


• Champions network: Support coordination and communication within the AI champions network, including distribution of materials, facilitating engagement, and redirecting queries to relevant teams.

Your profile:

• Required: 3+ years of experience in internal communications, change, training coordination, project coordination, PMO, or programme support.


• Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in communications, business, psychology, HR, marketing, or related field.


• Experience in consulting, corporate functions or another fast-paced multi-cultural business environment. Experience supporting AI, digital, Knowledge Management, or technology-enabled change initiatives would be a strong advantage.


• Outstanding English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus.


• Highly organized, pragmatic, and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.


• Strong numeric thinking and confidence working with adoption data, survey results, and usage metrics.


• Strong digital collaboration skills and strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are required. Experience using intranet platforms, MS Teams and SharePoint, including building and updating simple SP microsites would be an advantage.


• Fluency using ChatGPT or other AI-supported writing and analysis tools, with the ability to apply them responsibly to internal communications.


• History of being to-go person for advice on structured prompts, building simple AI assistants (custom GPTs) or similar features would be a strong advantage.


• Experience with a bigger variety of AI tools (Claude, Synthesia, Copilot, Hubspot, Whispr, etc), UX and survey tools is a plus.
