Mondia is seeking an AI Enablement & Transformation Specialist in Madrid to lead hands-on rollout, tracking, and optimization of AI tools across our Knowledge Hub. You will drive adoption, collect metrics, and coordinate employee enablement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align AI tools with business workflows.

You will analyze usage data, feedback, and performance to continuously improve AI-enabled processes, leveraging tools like Excel, Power BI, and confluence-based

Formación

• Degree or certification in AI/ML is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and solutions.
• Ability to analyze adoption metrics, feedback, and performance data.
• Curiosity to link data insights with business impact.
• Familiarity with Generative AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini).
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support company-wide rollout of AI tools to drive adoption and usage.
• Monitor AI tool adoption metrics, usage trends, and employee feedback.
• Assist in identifying emerging AI tools with potential business impact.
• Coordinate and support employee training and enablement initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance the Knowledge Hub content, structure, and usability.
• Support LLM integrations to improve search and knowledge retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI tools with workflows.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track adoption, engagement, and performance.
