Teleperformance Spain in Barcelona seeks a motivated Sales Executive to drive inbound and outbound new business, identify clients, and close deals in a fast-paced AI ads landscape.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, pre-sales qualification, and collaboration with onboarding & customer success teams. Expect a competitive base and uncapped bonus, with relocation and health benefits in a full-time Barcelona office.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with C-level exposure.
• Proactive hunter with consultative sales approach and CRM discipline.
• Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage potential clients via inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions aligned to client goals.
• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable.
• Work in a full-time, 39-hour-per-week role in Barcelona.
