TP is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive inbound and outbound new business for Barcelona-based AI advertising solutions. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and closing new clients with a consultative sales approach and strong digital marketing knowledge.

Required: Spanish C1, English B2, 2–3 years in B2B sales, and a results-driven mindset. You will manage the full sales cycle and work with onboarding and customer success teams.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (B2) required.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem).
• Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling).
• Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Run needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals.
• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Meet and exceed revenue and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions.
