Teleperformance Spain in Barcelona is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business, inbound and outbound, focusing on identifying, engaging, and closing clients for AI advertising solutions. The role requires 2–3 years B2B sales, fluent Italian C1 and English B2, strong digital marketing knowledge, Salesforce experience, and a hunter mindset.

The position is full-time (39 hours/week) in Barcelona, with a base salary of €24,000 gross/year plus an uncapped on-target bonus of €5,610;

Formación

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling.
• Strong communication skills, including C-level interaction.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools.

• Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling).
• Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals.
• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
