Fh Collective Academy in Madrid, Spain, is hiring an Account Executive to drive the full sales cycle for UK and USA markets. This hybrid role combines on-site onboarding in Madrid with ongoing flexible work arrangements and outbound selling to close deals.

You will manage discovery calls, product demos, free trials, and contract signings while building relationships with decision-makers. A competitive base salary and uncapped commissions support rapid career progression.

Formación

• 1–6 years of commercial sales experience.
• Native or bilingual English with a US accent.
• Willingness to work with US business hours.
• Must already reside in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed subscription.
• Conduct discovery calls and online product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through their free trial and convert them into paying customers.
• Build relationships with decision-makers.
• Work with qualified leads assigned through the CRM.
• Make outbound calls and consistently work towards sales KPIs.
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience to ensure a smooth customer handover.
