Qualifications

• Experience in outbound B2B sales, SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, resilient, and driven to win.
• Structured workflow with ownership of targets.
• Curious about e-commerce, social commerce, and new technology.
• Fluent Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first spark in our sales engine — start new relationships and create commercial momentum in the Swedish market.
• Prospecting & outreach: find the right leads, start conversations, and excite them about Sprii with QA and Sales teams.
• Qualifying: dig into pains, potential, and readiness for Live Shopping.
• Building trust: be the first face or voice they meet from Sprii.
• Driving pipeline: book high-quality meetings for our Sales Team and keep your pipeline structured in HubSpot.
• Collaborating: work with QA and Sales teammates to share insights and stay ahead in Sweden.
• Hitting targets: contribute to growth and hit goals.
