Job summary

Diverge builds AI shopping assistants for e-commerce. We’re seeking a Swedish-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our Copenhagen office on a full-time basis. Your main task is to book qualified meetings with Swedish e-commerce businesses, reach decision-makers, and qualify leads for our Account Executives.

This is an active outbound SDR role with daily calls and CRM updates. Experience in SDR, B2B SaaS, or e-commerce is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish and English language skills.
• Some sales experience is beneficial.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and talking to new people.
• SDR/B2B SaaS/e-commerce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Start conversations and book qualified meetings with Swedish e-commerce businesses.
• Research and follow up to identify the right entry points for each prospect.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track progress with the team.
• Collaborate with founders and sales to refine the pitch and approach.
