Qualifications

• Experience in outbound B2B sales, SaaS is a plus
• Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
• Energetic, resilient, and goal-driven
• Structured workflow and ownership of your numbers
• Curiosity about e-commerce, social commerce, and new technology
• Fluent German and English, other languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & outreach to find right leads and start conversations
• Qualifying prospects by pains, potential, and readiness for Live Shopping
• Building trust as the first Sprii face
• Driving pipeline by booking high-quality meetings for the Sales Team
• Collaborating with QA and Sales teammates to share insights
• Hitting targets as part of a growth-focused team
