Job summary

Terma Group seeks a Project Manager to lead strategic and customer delivery projects, coordinating with engineering, production, supply chain, and commercial teams across a matrix organization. You will drive ToT initiatives, ensure alignment and successful execution through the full project lifecycle.

You will manage relationships, guide proposals, and sustain knowledge transfer programs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strong partnerships within an international

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in production, electronics, mechanical engineering or related field.
• At least five years of project management experience in a technical environment.
• Understanding of production processes for electronics and mechanics, plus R&D methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and end users, ensuring clear communication throughout project execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Proactively manage targets, uncertainties and risks with timely corrective actions.
• Support contract negotiations, pricing activities, business case calculations, and ToT processes.
• Own and develop Transfer of Technology (ToT) processes to support business needs.
