Job summary

Terma Group in Denmark is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project execution by creating structure, maintaining alignment across teams, and driving timely delivery.

You will work with Project Managers and cross-functional teams in our Program Excellence team, focusing on quality, on-time, and budget adherence, while embracing collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience supporting teams, projects, or business functions in small or large organizations.
• Strong organizational skills, business acumen, and the ability to create structure in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in driving projects towards agreed objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate workstreams or defined project segments, maintaining schedules and following up on risks, issues, and project progress.
• Take ownership of administrative and coordination activities that support timely project execution and delivery.
• Maintain and update project documentation in accordance with applicable processes, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Plan and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events, while capturing lessons learned and contributing to continuous improvement of project practices.
