Job summary

Terma Group is seeking a Production Manager to lead one to two skilled teams across three shifts and weekends, ensuring safe, high-quality production. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability in a dynamic defense/aerospace environment.

Fluent English is required; Danish is a plus. The position focuses on coaching, KPI reporting, and fostering a culture of responsibility and collaboration within a diverse, global company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in a production environment.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing environments, including LEAN principles, quality, and production flow.
• Experience in driving improvements and changes in production.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of the production team with focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
• Ensure structure and stable operations through planning, follow-up and problem solving.
• Develop employees and foster a culture of responsibility, learning, and improvement.
• Reporting of KPIs and follow-up on goals.
• Create commitment and ownership in a team with different skill levels.
