Job summary

Teradyne Robotics is seeking a Senior Lead Program Manager in Odense to own end-to-end execution of a strategic robotics platform. You will manage cross-functional teams without formal line authority, guiding linked projects toward integrated delivery and ensuring disciplined program management across engineering, operations, and compliance.

You will establish a credible program plan, set milestones, and maintain transparent communication with leadership, while driving timely decisions and risk

Qualifications

• Proven ownership of fast-paced, cross-functional product-development programs with hardware and software content.
• Strong planning, critical-path management, risk and issue control.
• Experience in robotics, mechatronics or similar hardware/software environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate clearly to management.

Responsibilities

• Create and own the integrated program plan, baseline, milestones and recovery actions from scope to handover.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product management, hardware, software, operations and quality.
• Collaborate with hardware engineering, safety/compliance, and regulatory functions.
• Establish credible commitments and intervene early when delivery is at risk.
• Maintain a transparent view of schedule, risks and dependencies; escalate trade-offs with recommendations.
• Drive root-cause problem solving on technical issues with the right experts.
• Provide clear program status and run operating reviews and steering discussions.
