Job summary

Terma Group seeks a Strategic Pricing Manager to shape and lead a new pricing function, establish governance, and define global pricing strategies across products and services. You will drive the CPQ workstream, translate policies into system requirements, and partner with Commercial, Product, Finance, Legal and Leadership to enable value-based decisions.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in pricing, deal governance or related commercial function within a complex organization.
Experience building or shaping a pricing function, capability or governance framework from limited foundations.
Strong knowledge of pricing strategy, monetization models, commercial governance, deal economics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Build and develop the pricing function, including operating models, governance frameworks, tools and processes.
Define and evolve global pricing strategies across products, solutions and services, including transition to value-based pricing.
Lead the pricing and product workstream for the planned CPQ implementation and translate pricing policies into system requirements.
Establish pricing governance, discount policies and approval processes while supporting deal-level pricing decisions and profitability objectives.
Deliver pricing insights, analytics and reporting to improve pricing effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
Partner with Commercial, Product, Finance, Legal and Leadership to drive alignment and continuous improvement of pricing practices.
