Job summary

Terma A/S is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic, large-scale development projects in the defense and aerospace sector. You will head major programs, act as a prime contractor/ systems integrator and steer multi-disciplinary teams across the supply chain.

You will manage expectations, align stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement within the project management framework while working with international customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software, electronics, or mechanical engineering with strong R&D/engineering mindset.
• Experience in large maritime construction & development programs is valued for senior PM roles.
• Fluent English; Danish language skills are beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Program leadership: controlling, boundaries, progress and risk management.
• Lead cross-functional subprojects in a matrix organization, delivering on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Address targets, uncertainties and risks; implement corrective actions promptly.
• Own the development of project management discipline and processes.
