Job summary

Maersk in Aarhus is seeking a Regional Key Client Manager to develop strategic customer partnerships, drive growth across Ocean, Logistics & Services, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You will own account performance, negotiate global tenders, and oversee onboarding and governance throughout the customer lifecycle, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in global account management for logistics.
• Strong consultative selling and value-based solutions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex organizations.
• Solid financial acumen and contract negotiation experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global account strategies to grow revenue across Ocean, Logistics & Services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design end-to-end customer solutions.
• Own account performance including revenue, profitability and CSAT.
• Lead global tender processes and commercial negotiations.
• Ensure onboarding, implementation and governance throughout the customer lifecycle.
