Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Global Client Manager for Aid & Relief to own senior relationships with strategic customers and drive growth across international supply chains. The role offers exposure to end-to-end logistics, tender strategy, and multi-country engagements from Denmark, with offices in Aarhus or Copenhagen.

You will collaborate with sales, product, solution design and operations to deliver sustainable, profitable solutions and to expand Maersk’s Aid & Relief business globally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in global account management and strategic sales.
• Knowledge of aid & relief supply chains or humanitarian procurement is beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as global commercial owner for a portfolio of strategic Aid & Relief customers and prospects.
• Develop and execute global account plans, stakeholder strategies and qualified opportunity pipelines.
• Lead cross-functional account teams across sales, product, solution design, operations and client management.
• Translate humanitarian logistics requirements into integrated end-to-end solutions across Ocean, Air, Landside, Warehousing, Customs, Project Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• Drive account governance, contract compliance, and performance reviews.
