Job summary

You will build strong relationships, communicate proactively, and promote digital tools to simplify daily operations for customers in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Interest in optimizing processes and improving service delivery.
• Fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Building strong, long-term relationships with key clients and understanding their business priorities
• Acting as a trusted partner and main contact for customer inquiries, updates, and issue resolution
• Coordinating shipments and ensuring smooth execution across the supply chain—from booking to delivery
• Monitoring service performance and proactively addressing any disruptions or delays
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer commitments are met
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer journey
• Encouraging and supporting customers in using digital tools that simplify their daily operations
