Qualificações

• Expertise in Project Logistics; Energy sector experience considered an advantage.
• Deep understanding of supply chain solutions to optimize customer outcomes across products and services.
• Experience in consultative, insight-led selling and developing value-driven customer solutions.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen, including negotiation, procurement, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging senior decision-makers.

• Develop and execute global account strategies to drive growth across Ocean, Logistics & Services products.
• Build customer-centric, end-to-end solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Own account performance, including customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Lead and align global teams across functions, products, and geographies to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across customer organizations.
• Lead global tender processes and commercial negotiations to secure sustainable business outcomes.
• Ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and governance throughout the customer lifecycle.
