Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join our Aarhus-based team, focusing on key clients and delivering seamless, reliable, and customer-centric solutions that simplify their supply chains.

You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, understanding their business needs, coordinating shipments, and ensuring a high-quality service experience across the logistics journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within logistics or supply chain.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Interest in optimizing processes and improving service delivery.
• Fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring day-to-day logistics activities run smoothly and meet expectations.
• Understand each customer’s business, support operational needs, and deliver a consistent, high-quality service experience.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients and understand their priorities.
• Act as trusted partner and main contact for inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate shipments and ensure smooth execution across the supply chain from booking to delivery.
• Monitor service performance and address disruptions or delays.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer commitments.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer journey.
• Encourage and support customers in using digital tools that simplify operations.
