Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for Dutch-speaking MMS accounts. This field-based role covers East and West Flanders, and parts of the Brussels region, with significant travel.

You will help improve patient safety and productivity from hospital to home while building trusted customer relationships. You will develop account plans, identify opportunities, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive growth. Fluency in English and Dutch is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in sales, preferably in tender-driven environments.
• Track record in solution selling and cross-functional selling.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; French is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities by engaging decision makers in the market.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, both existing and new.
• Apply a project-based approach in daily activities to win opportunities.
• Achieve annual sales objectives and drive regional growth.
• Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and decision-makers within the territory.
• Plan and convert Connected Medication Management opportunities.
