Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an experienced Account Manager in Denmark to drive growth with strategic and enterprise manufacturing accounts. You will manage relationships from shop floor to executive levels, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver automation, software, and connected enterprise solutions across pharma and life sciences.

Based in Copenhagen (Ballerup) or Aarhus, you will lead engagements with stakeholders and help customers adopt MES, analytics, and security offerings

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling industrial automation and software solutions.
• 8+ years in industrial automation or related manufacturing tech.
• Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken).
• Deep knowledge of GMP, validation, quality systems in life sciences.
• Experience engaging with technical, operational and executive stakeholders.
• Experience selling IoT, MES, analytics, edge-to-cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth across a portfolio of strategic and enterprise manufacturing accounts in Denmark.
• Develop trusted relationships with engineers, operations teams, plant leadership and c-level executives.
• Identify customer challenges and align Rockwell Automation solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Lead sales opportunities from early engagement and value discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and implementation.
• Expand adoption of connected enterprise solutions including automation, MES, analytics, cybersecurity, and edge-to-cloud technologies.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries.
• Collaborate with internal technical experts, industry specialists, partners, and customer success teams to deliver outcomes.
• Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies and developments in modern production.
