Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Product Sales Specialist (MedSurg Portfolio) to cover Denmark, combining clinical insight with strategic sales to improve patient care.

The role targets hospital and OoH settings with an emphasis on infection prevention and wound care; requires a nursing or life sciences/business background, clinical sales experience, and fluency in English and Danish. Remote work within Denmark with travel and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• A nursing background and a relevant life sciences or business degree, along with clinical sales experience.
• Experience in medical sales — preferably across wound care, infection prevention & surgical solutions.
• Experience in hospital and/or OoH settings is a strong advantage. Infection prevention knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Represent Solventum's MedSurg solutions across hospital and OoH settings.
• Build relationships with clinical leaders, procurement teams, and other stakeholders.
• Driving pre-tender engagements, leading tender implementations, and supporting launches of new innovations.
• Shaping value-based pricing strategies for wound care, infection prevention and surgical portfolio.
• Strengthening key account performance through CRM practices and data-driven sales approach.
