Job summary

Terma Group is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex development programs in the defense and aerospace sphere. You will head strategic projects as prime contractor, coordinating R&D and engineering efforts across multiple sub-projects and stakeholders, including international partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software, electronics, or mechanical engineering and a strong R&D or engineering mindset.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• International work experience is a benefit.
• Ability to navigate political landscape and understand cultural behavior.
• Understanding of R&D processes for software, electronics, and mechanics.
• Basic understanding of quality and configuration management within Security and Defense.

Responsibilities

• Program leadership including controlling, boundaries, progress and risk management.
• Lead cross-functional subprojects in a matrix organization and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Address targets, uncertainties and risks and initiate corrective actions.
• Own the continued development of project management within the organization.
