Job summary

Terma Group is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to drive complex, international projects from sales support to customer handover. You will link internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment, progress and high-quality delivery across the full lifecycle.

You will lead cross-functional teams, maintain schedules, budgets and scope, and work within a matrix structure with remote work flexibility. The role requires occasional travel to customer sites and Terma facilities.

Qualifications

• Education in Project Management or a similar field.
• Solid experience in project management.
• Experience coordinating external stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating vendors and suppliers.
• ERP systems experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects and solutions toward our customers, including budget, schedule, risk, logistics, shipping, and export control.
• Involvement in proposal work toward new contracts and projects.
• Ensure progress and clear visibility of project delivery.
• Escalate activities in the right forums and drive decisions to completion.
• Create an overview and control budgets for engineering workstreams.
• Work across departments to ensure clear alignment.
• Travel a few times per year to Søborg or Lystrup and for customer visits.
