Job summary

Terma Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large, cross-functional development programs in the defense and aerospace sector. You will act as R&D program manager, directing a sizable project organization with multiple sub-projects and coordinating a broad range of stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and customer expectations.

You will partner with customers, internal teams, and key value-chain functions, driving continuous improvement in project management tools,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software, electronics, or mechanical engineering.
• 10+ years of project management experience in large maritime construction/development programs.
• Strong R&D or engineering mindset.
• Experience navigating political landscapes and cultural sensitivities.
• Fluent English; Danish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional subprojects through sub-project managers in a matrix organization, delivering on time, within budget, and to scope.
• Address targets, uncertainties, risks and initiate corrective actions on time.
• Own the continued development within the project management discipline.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams across the supply chain.
