• Degree in software engineering, computer science, systems engineering, or equivalent defense experience.
• Has experience leading software engineering teams.

• Understands what makes engineers productive and engaged.

• Lead, coach and develop a software engineering team working on one of our core products.

• Support hiring, onboarding and career development of engineers.
