Job summary

Terma Group in Søborg, Denmark is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic maritime and defense projects as prime contractor. You will run a large project organization with sub-projects, manage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in PM tools and processes.

Fluent English is required; Danish is a plus. A bachelor’s degree in software, electronics, or mechanical engineering and 10+ years in R&D/engineering PM, with international experience, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software, electronics, or mechanical engineering.
• 10+ years of project management experience in R&D/engineering.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Danish is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Program leadership: control scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Lead cross-functional subprojects through sub-project managers in a matrix organization.
• Build alignment with customers, internal teams and value-chain functions.
• Drive continuous development of project management tools, processes and leadership.
