Job summary

Terma A/S is seeking a Senior Manager to lead one of our defense-focused engineering teams (Defense, Maritime) in Denmark. You will build a healthy, high-performing team delivering value to customers and steward capabilities within the Engineering Platform, balancing delivery with organizational improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in software engineering, computer science, or systems engineering.
• Experience leading software engineering teams.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams through coaching and accountability.
• Strong ownership mindset and problem solving.
• Ability to influence peers without formal authority.
• Experience improving engineering workflows and Developer Experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Danish is a plus.
