Job summary

Terma invites a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to drive complex commercial projects from initial sales support to final handovers. You will link internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment, progress, and high-quality outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive delivery, and maintain clear communication in a matrix organization. Occasional travel to Søborg or Lystrup will be required, with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Education in Project Management or a related field.
• Extensive experience managing complex projects.
• Experience coordinating many external stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating vendors and suppliers.
• ERP systems experience is a plus.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex commercial projects from sales support to handovers.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration.
• Maintain visibility of project progress and deliveries.
• Escalate issues in the right forums and drive decisions.
• Manage budget and resources for engineering workstreams.
• Travel 1–4 times per year to Søborg or Lystrup and to customers as needed.
