Job summary

Terma Group seeks a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to drive complex commercial projects from sales support through to customer handover. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule, while maintaining clear stakeholder communication in a matrix organization.

The role requires English fluency; Danish is a plus. You may travel a few times yearly to Søborg or Lystrup and visit customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Education in Project Management or a similar field
• Solid experience in project management
• Experience coordinating external stakeholders
• Experience coordinating vendors and suppliers
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and ensure timely delivery

Responsibilities

• Drive complex commercial projects from sales support to customer handover
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Ensure alignment, progress and high-quality delivery within a matrix organization
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure project visibility
• Travel a few times a year to Søborg or Lystrup and some customer visits
