Job summary

Terma Group seeks a Project Manager in R&D in Lystrup to drive cross-disciplinary product development from concept to handover, coordinating with the Projects & Solutions team to deliver security and surveillance systems.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related field, 5+ years of PM experience in technical product development, and proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or administration or similar with experience from technical R&D environments.
• 5+ years of project management experience in technical product development or as a technical/product lead for new products or innovation projects.
• PM certification (PMP preferred or IPMA/Prince2/Agile).

Responsibilities

• Drive project initiation, planning and execution with proactive risk management.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and map dependencies across workstreams.
• Ensure continuous improvement and contribute to project management best practices.
• Engage stakeholders to maintain transparency on progress, risks, changes and benefits.
• Oversee resources, finances and reporting; participate in customer meetings when needed.
